  • 7.5% of annual salary for roles above R1 million

  • 10% of annual salary for roles under R1 million

This is significantly more cost-effective than the industry standard of 15% to 25%

  • Scalable Hiring Processes - Building recruitment systems that grow with your business, making it easier to hire as you expand

All Employee Onboarding & Hiring Process Management services are charged at R750 per hour

Fractional HR Support

Flexible HR Help When You Need It

Managing HR tasks can be overwhelming & time-consuming. This service provides flexible HR support, helping with payroll, employee contracts, and employee relations advice. It’s a practical solution for businesses that need extra HR support or don’t have a full-time HR team.

What’s Included:

  • Employment Contracts & Policies: Drafting clear offer letters, employment contracts, employee handbooks and company policies to protect the business and ensure compliance

  • Payroll Management: Making sure payroll runs smoothly and is accurate

  • HR Tech Integration: Setting up and maintaining HR systems such as HR Information Systems (HRIS), Applicant Tracking systems (ATS) and others to manage employee data and report efficiently.

  • HR Administration & Advisory: Handling everyday HR tasks including providing retrenchment consultations and CCMA advice


All HR support services are charged at R750 per hour.
