My journey over the past 15 years has been filled with invaluable experiences—co-founding a recruitment & outsourcing company, working with two tech startups through the intense phase of hypergrowth, and leading the HR function at one of them. Through it all, I’ve learned firsthand what works (and what doesn’t) when it comes to building strong, connected teams.
